Companion
The Raven
A sixth combat piece that flies beside your five heroes — and every upgrade to it lifts all of your squads at once.
What the Raven does
- It fights for the whole battle and takes no damage, hitting the 2 enemies with the highest HP on a 13s cooldown.
- Part of its HP, ATK and DEF converts into stats for every hero in every squad — this is why Raven upgrades pay back account-wide.
- The Raven Nest is documented at Sanctuary level 7; Raven gear and its Workshop unlock later, at Sanctuary 15, and the Epigraph Workshop is documented at Sanctuary 5 — but plan access requires Raven Evolution 10. Check your server’s live feature requirements rather than relying on a fixed server day.

Skill stars — Raven Fireworks
Each star raises the damage and adds a debuff, so three of the five stars are squad buffs rather than damage. Level 110 is the last star and a natural stopping goal.
| Star | Raven level | Skill damage | New effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0★ | 1 | 1184% ATK | — |
| 1★ | 30 | 1190% ATK | Targets take 12% more damage for 5s |
| 2★ | 50 | 1428% ATK | Deals 18% extra damage |
| 3★ | 70 | 1598.4% ATK | Targets take 15% more damage for 5s |
| 4★ | 90 | 1864.8% ATK | Extra damage rises to 36% |
| 5★ | 110 | 1894.2% ATK | Targets take 15% more damage for 7s |
Raven Skins
Skins are an extra layer on top of level, gear and epigraphs — each one carries its own unique buffs, and they unlock as your Raven levels up. The default Forest Raven gives no bonus, so every skin you claim is pure gain.
| Skin | Requirement | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Forest Raven | None | None |
| Oath's Eye | Unlocks at Lv.50 | Raven ATK +5100 |
| Embers of War | Unlocks at Lv.100 | Hero ATK +5.5% |
| Shadow Sentinel | Unlocks at Lv.150 | Hero DMG Dealt +2.5% |
| Raven Guardian | Unlocks at Lv.200 | Hero DMG Taken -2.5% |
| Phantom Hunter | Unlocks at Lv.250 | Enemy Troop Death Rate in PVP +5.5% |
The level milestones line up with the upgrade ladder: 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250. Note that the last skin's bonus affects enemy troop deaths in PVP, so it matters most for players who fight other alliances often.

Priority order
- Level the Raven with Fruit and Essence, aiming for 110 for all five stars.
- Develop the separate Evolution EXP track for more Epigraph Plans, reviewing materials with the + button.
- Gear all 8 slots steadily; don't dump everything into one piece.
- Craft faction epigraphs only for the squad type you actually field.
Raven level is not Raven Evolution
Regular Raven level grows through feeding Fruit, with any Essence requirement shown on that level-up screen. Raven Evolution is a separate EXP track using the Raven Evolve Guide item (the EXP book) and eligible unwanted Epigraphs. Do not confuse a regular level-up requirement with the Evolution level that unlocks plans.
Evolution increases Raven HP, ATK and DEF. Aim for Evolution level 10 as soon as practical to unlock the Epigraph System and your first plan. You do not need to wait for an ordinary Raven level ending in 0 to review this separate track.
