Higher-level Raven Gear makes the Raven stronger. You can equip 8 pieces, each with different bonuses for the Raven, your heroes, or both. The Raven Workshop is documented at Sanctuary 15; check your building's live requirements.
Equip one piece in every slot first — an empty slot is wasted stats.
Upgrade your 8 slots steadily rather than putting every spare piece into one slot.
Use the fusion preview to check required spare pieces and the next gear level before confirming.
The Raven Gear tab — gear pieces fill the slots around the raven, and the Additional Stats panel totals what the gear adds: buffs to Hero HP / ATK / DEF, plus stats for the Raven itself. Pieces here are levels 6–7.Fusing a piece to a higher level — Heart of Wisdom fuses from Lv.7 to Lv.8, consuming spare gear from your inventory. The preview shows the stat jump (Raven HP +1,351,647 → +2,133,531), and 'Must Equip' pieces are consumed from your Raven Gear inventory below.

Tips
• Hero slots give the most visible power — prioritise them slightly.
• Fill every available slot first, then compare the next upgrade's bonuses and material cost.
• Save Raven Gear Chests for Alliance Duel Day 3; the linked crates guide lists sources, shop offers and opening advice.
Common mistakes
• Investing everything in one piece while leaving other gear slots empty or far behind.
• Fusing too early and burning pieces you needed to fill empty slots.
• Opening gear chests on Day 1 out of habit — Fruit and Essence belong on Day 1, while gear chests are saved for Day 3.
